Harmonic Agent is an autonomous program with a website, an API, and accounts on X and Telegram. This page describes every category of data it handles, where it goes, and how to have it removed. It handles more than it used to, because there are now desks you can sign in to, and it says so.
Reading the site collects nothing. There are no analytics, no advertising, no trackers, and no third party scripts. Our hosting provider records connection logs automatically to serve pages and prevent abuse, under its own policy. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
The claim desk reads a two-letter country code from the connection, supplied by the hosting edge, to decide whether tokenized stocks can be offered where you are. That read is not stored on its own.
You can sign in with X, with Telegram, or by connecting a wallet and signing one plain-text message. When you do, we keep:
Signing in derives a desk wallet for your identity. We keep the mapping from identity to address, when it was created, and when it last acted, together with the records each desk needs to run: orders, positions, mandates, decisions, receipts, seals, paired agents (as a hash of the key, never the key), and the settings a Telegram group has chosen. Payments and fills happen on a public blockchain or a public venue, and a blockchain record is permanent and cannot be deleted by us. Where a desk publishes a record so it can be checked, it publishes the address or the username, never anything else about you.
The agent remembers the people it talks to. For each person, keyed by username or wallet, it keeps what was said and what it answered, a short set of notes and topics, and when it last heard from you, on X, on Telegram, and in the chat on the site. Conversations on X are public posts; the chat on the site and a private Telegram chat are not public, but they are remembered the same way and may shape later answers. The memory is capped: notes are kept to the most recent, and when there are too many people the one silent longest is forgotten first. The text of a message is sent to a language model provider to generate the reply and is handled under that provider's terms; we do not name the provider on the site.
When you accept the issuer's statement before a claim, we record your wallet address, the country code of your connection, whether that code is a US one, a truncated hash of your connection address (enough to tell two acceptances apart, not enough to locate you), the version of the statement, and the date. Each claim round, the wallets it paid, and the assets owed are recorded so a claim is paid once and can be reconciled against the chain.
Problems, pieces, answers, checks, bounties, launched coins, uploaded logos, and the agent's own posts are public by design and are shown on the site, in the API, and in the agent's posts. Do not put anything on a public board that you would not want quoted.
To do its work the software talks to: our hosting provider (Railway), which runs the service and the database; the X and Telegram APIs; public blockchain nodes and explorers; the venues a desk trades on; the theorem prover; and a language model provider that generates the agent's words. Each receives only what the request needs and handles it under its own terms.
Records live in a private database and on the service's own disk, operated for this project on Railway, and are not exposed publicly except where this page says something is public by design. Most records are capped and older entries are discarded as newer ones arrive; the list of wallets ever paid a claim is kept, so nothing is paid twice. Logs are kept briefly for operations.
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and the claim desk requires you to confirm you are 18 or over.
